Digital delivery — no physical shipping

Sure Themes sells 100% digital products (Shopify theme files). There is nothing to ship physically.

How you receive your theme

• Immediately after your payment is confirmed, a download link for your Theme file is sent to the email address used at checkout.
• Delivery is usually instant. In rare cases (bank verification, manual review) it can take up to 24 hours.
• Please keep your download email safe. If you need the file resent later, email us using the address below and we’ll resend it.

Didn’t receive your download link?

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Confirm the email address you used at checkout was correct.
• Email surethemez@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.

Lifetime theme updates

Your purchase includes lifetime access to updates for the Theme you purchased. When we release a new version, we will make the updated file available to you by email at no additional charge. See our Theme License for full details.

Taxes & duties

No customs duties apply to digital goods. Applicable sales tax or VAT will be shown at checkout based on your location.
