Refund Policy

Digital goods — all sales final

Because Sure Themes sells non-tangible, downloadable digital products (Shopify theme files), all sales are final and non-refundable once a theme file has been delivered or downloaded. Please review the live demo and product description carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• You purchased the wrong theme by mistake and have not yet downloaded or installed the file. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
• The theme file is defective or does not install on a supported Shopify plan, and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable time.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

What is not eligible for a refund

• Change of mind after download or install.
• The theme not matching your expectations if it functions as demonstrated in the demo and product description.
• Inability to customize the theme to your specific needs beyond documented features.
• Conflicts caused by third-party apps installed on your store.

How to request a refund

Email surethemez@gmail.com from the email address used for the order, with your order number and a short explanation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly.
